Feyzee's stay in Kozhikode continues for a bit longer than what he had anticipated. Old Kareem has been managing "Ustad Hotel" (named after him by people) for the last 35 years. In anger, Feyzee comes to Kozhikode to join his grandfather, Kareem (Thilakan) who is affectionately called "Kareem Ikka" by people. Razaq virtually disowns Feyzee and even takes away his passport and credit cards so that Feyzee cannot go to London where he has already got a job.
Razaq wanted him to marry a business tycoon's daughter Shahana (Nithya Menen). This revelation costs Feyzee a marriage proposal from a wealthy family. This shatters Razaq's dream of opening a five-star hotel in his home town Kozhikode. He goes to Switzerland to study hotel management in University of Lausanne and when he returns with much fanfare after the course, it is revealed that he has done a chef's course secretly and not the hotel management. Feyzee hopes to be a chef, much against the aspirations of his father. And then his father marries for a second time. As he grows up, his sisters are "married off" one by one. Feyzee is looked after by his sisters whom he affectionately calls "Ithathas & Company" (Sisters' Company).
Then, Abdul Razaq takes with him his five children to Dubai. But due to continuous deliveries, Fareeda becomes ill and passes away. Then, finally, Fareeda gives birth to Feyzee. Razaq then migrates for Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Then, again Fareeda gives birth continuously to three more girls, irritating Abdul Razaq. Razaq wants the child to be a boy, and wants to name the child Faizal and call him Feyzee, but to his disappointment, it turns out to be a girl, and named her Fathima. The story begins with a Muslim couple in Kerala, Abdul Razaq (Siddique) and Fareeda (Praveena), expecting their first child. But, the boy along with his friend renovates the hotel and once again starts the hotel. But due to some problems, the hotel needs to close the hotel.
So, he decides to help his grandfather in their business. His grandfather has a hotel, Utsad hotel. Then after returning back, he goes to his grandfather’s place. So, he decides to get relocated to London and study a course on chef. But after getting grown up, the sisters get married and now the boy lives alone. But due to some sort of complications, the mother dies and the father migrates to Dubai. Then after continuously having three girls, the mother delivers a boy. This is the story of a couple who waits eagerly for a baby boy. The film is directed by Anwar Rasheed, produced by Listin Stephen.
